What types of characters and services do you offer? We offer a wide range of magical guests, including princesses, fairies, seasonal characters, popular villains, mascots, and our newly added Ms. Rachel experience! Most of our visits include interactive storytelling, singing, and dancing. We also offer face painting, parade appearances, and custom event entertainment.

How do I book a character? Booking is easy! You can fill out the contact form on our website, send us a message on Facebook, or email us directly at seasideprincessparties@gmail.com. Please include your event’s date, location, and desired character(s). We’ll review your details and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Are character visits only for birthday parties? Not at all! While birthday parties are our specialty, we bring magic to all kinds of events, including library programs, tea parties, community festivals, fundraisers, and intimate family visits. No matter the size of the event, we are here to make it unforgettable.

How many children can attend a party visit? All guests are welcome! However, to ensure every child gets a great experience within your scheduled timeframe—especially if you'd like face painting—we recommend adding a character assistant or a second character performer for groups larger than 10 children. This keeps activities moving smoothly without running over your booked time slot.

Can we extend the party on the day of the event by paying extra? Unfortunately, no. Your 50% deposit secures a specific timeframe. Because our performers often have multiple bookings, travel, and prep schedules in a single day, we cannot extend visits on the day of the event. If you feel an hour won't be quite enough time, we strongly encourage adding extra time or additional characters when you book!

What age group is best for character visits? Our sweet spot is typically ages 3 to 6, but you know your child best! We’ve created magical moments for children aged 10 and up who still believe in the magic, as well as toddlers aged 1–2 for sweet one-on-one time and photo opportunities.

What if I don't see the character I want on your website? Feel free to ask! We are open to expanding our wardrobe depending on costume simplicity and our ability to cast the role accurately.

Can I hire an entertainer without booking a specific character? Absolutely! We love providing general children's entertainment. We can host storytimes, sing-alongs, dance parties, face painting, and crafts. You can also hire our generic fairy characters or standalone face painters. If your event has a specific theme (like superheroes or rainbows), our face painters are happy to tailor their designs to match!
